Platform security

  • HTTPS / TLS for traffic to the apps and API.
  • Authentication via Better Auth with optional Google sign-in and two-factor authentication.
  • Role-based access inside each hiring workspace.
  • Meeting integration tokens encrypted at rest.
  • Files in Cloudflare R2; Convex stores object keys only; lasting links go through our file proxy.
  • Rate limits on sensitive assessment and AI actions.
  • Upload type checks and optional malware scanning.
  • Configurable retention with nightly cleanup and export/erase tools.

Data location

Production application records are stored in United States (Virginia) — primary Convex Cloud deployment for application data. Uploaded files, assessment media and related objects are stored in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare R2 object storage region(s) for files and assessment media — confirm your production bucket location and reflect it on the Subprocessor List when finalized.

Optional LLM providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek) process data only when API keys are configured on a deployment; see the Subprocessor List for what is live in production. Questions: privacy@edgeryt.com.

Report security issues to privacy@edgeryt.com with steps to reproduce. Do not access other customers’ data or disrupt the service while testing.
